Kirimizi Hotel "pretends" to open its doors to the public next January 2018.

Its construction, started in 2014 having been built on a land covered with palm trees – that are still kept – with 2 small buildings, already demolished. This property is located on Av. Marginal, 9691, the road that connects Wimbi Beach to Maringanha, in Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique.

The Kirimizi Hotel is spread along the property by 4 buildings already built, framed in the surrounding landscape: 2 two-store buildings with 14 rooms in each, interleading by the reception/lobby area; 1 three-storey building with 10 rooms, of which 2 Suites are in the upper floor. Its careful and detailed construction uses first quality materials, with noise insolation in between the floors and rooms.

The rooms are equipped with double ¾ beds; cable TV; air conditioning and ceiling fan; large balcony allowing a good shade density and thus, avoiding direct solar heat inside the rooms – with ceiling fan and accessed from the room through wooden doors with mosquito net screens; kitchenette area with sink, fridge, and set to place a micro wave oven, on request. The bathroom is furnished with a double base shower; lavatory; toilet and hair dryer.
