The hotel is supplied with permanent electricity from the public grid, has a standby generator, a private water well and a water storage tower including a pump service to increase the water pressure in the system.
All hot water is heated by the property's solar water heater. An internet connection and satellite TV is already available.
Thanks to the constant fresh ocean breeze and warm climate air conditioning and heating are not needed in this property.
The estate is permanently operated and kept up by full time staff including a manager, two gardeners, a maid and a night watchman. Any new owner is welcome to continue the service with the current staff.
