Geneva is the second-most populous city in Switzerland (after Zürich) and the most populous city of Romandy, the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Situated where the Rhône exits Lake Geneva, it is the capital of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

The hotel is situated less than 100 meters from the lakeshore (at the height of the famous Jet d'Eau).

The size of the building is 1274 m2 with a SIA-volume of 3680 m3. It has five floors with 35 rooms, of which 19 come with double beds and toilet/bath and 16 rooms with a grand lit and toilet shower. Next to the lobby is a restaurant (breakfast only) with bar and kitchen.

The hotel is within walking distance of the business and shopping district and about 20 minutes' walk to Cornavin train station. It now serves both the leisure audience from all over the world, as well as business people who like to reside in the areas of their business contacts.

It may be said that the hotel runs without great commitment by the owner; it’s doing “its job” and then that’s that. It is interesting that there are many different comments on social medias; some guests value the personal service and the location; others rate it negatively. New operators would probably have to rebuild the hotel to their brand or convert it into apartments. Or, should they buy the entire package of 3 hotels, sell this building later to local interested parties (we have contacts).
