The property has two Hillside and two Forest Villas. Rental Income – the villas that an investor buys will remain a part of the hotel, thus giving the owner/investor a gross rental yield of 6%. An investor can Use their Villa at any time. We recommend not to extend the stay longer than a period of 4 months per year.
